Returns & Exchanges
At Union Coffee, we strive for every brew to be perfect, but if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for non-perishable items and a freshness guarantee for our beans. Please note that opened bags of coffee cannot be returned due to food safety regulations, but we will happily replace any damaged or incorrect shipments.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, include the RMA slip, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 3-5 business days.
